Oracle buys operational planning software company

Oct 24 (Reuters) - Oracle Corp ORCL.O said it agreed to acquire privately held Interlace Systems, a provider of operational planning software, for an undisclosed sum.

Oracle will use Interlace’s technology in conjunction with its own enterprise performance management system, the database software maker said in a statement. (Reporting by Anthony Kurian in Bangalore)
