UPDATE 1-TABLE-U.S. retailers' February same-store sales

 Children’s Place  (PLCE.O)      -3.6         Flat       $110.4 mln     -1.0           The Southwest and Northeast regions
                     and Canada posted the strongest
                     comp sales for the month. The West
                     and Rocky Mountain regions reported
                     the weakest comp sales. By store
                     type, outlets outperformed
                     traditional malls, strip malls, and
                     street stores. By department,
                     girls and accessories comped in
                     the positive single digits, boys
                     and newborns comped in the negative
                     low single digits. Holiday and
                     winter sale contributed to the
                     positive comps, specially in
