Feb 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 1430 GMT on Wednesday.

** Digital camera and medical equipment maker Fujifilm Holdings Corp (4901.T) said it will spend up to 155 billion yen ($1.45 billion) to take control of Toyama Chemical Co 4518.T as it seeks a foothold in the pharmaceuticals market.

** Japanese communications satellite firm and pay TV broadcaster Sky Perfect JSAT Corp (9412.T) said it would acquire rival Space Communications Corp for about $261 million to cope better with tough industry competition. [nT286143]
