MORGAN STANLEY (MS.N)
Morgan Stanley named Leslie Menkes as Head of Onshore Private Wealth Management for Asia. In this role, Menkes will oversee the strategic expansion initiatives of the division across the region, including new markets such as India, and other key Asian markets.
The financial institution said David Noh will join the firm as Senior Managing Director and Head of Asian Merchant Banking. Noh will join Citadel from Merrill Lynch in Asia, where he was Head of Corporate Principal Investments for the Pacific Rim.
BARCLAYS PLC (BARC.L)
Barclays named Roger Jenkins as Chairman of Investment Banking and Investment Management for the Middle East. In this role, Jenkins will seek to strengthen relationships with Barclays clients in the region.
