Feb 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2100 GMT on Thursday.

**Turkey’s Koc Holding (KCHOL.IS) agreed to sell its 50.8 percent stake in leading retailer Migros MIGRS.IS to a vehicle controlled by BC Partners for 1.977 billion lira ($1.7 billion), Koc said.

** Champion REIT (2778.HK) said it would pay HK$12.5 billion ($1.6 billion) to buy Hong Kong office and retail complex Langham Place from Great Eagle Holdings Ltd (0041.HK). [nHKF078906]

** RWE AG (RWEG.DE), Germany’s second-largest utility, said it agreed to buy half of U.S. gas-transport company Excelerate for $500 million as it seeks to benefit from increasing demand for the fuel. [nL14812654]

** Italy’s Saipem (SPMI.MI) said it has agreed to sell its 30 percent stake in Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT) company for 310 million euros ($451.5 million) to private investment group Hellman & Friedman. [nMAT007812]

** Spain’s Corporacion Dermoestetica DERM.MC said it had sold its British laser eye-surgery clinic Ultralase to British venture capitalist 3i (III.L) for 174.5 million pounds ($344 million). [nL14594079]

** Top U.S. cable operator Comcast Corp (CMCSA.O) said it will not bid for Yahoo Inc YHOO.O, Sprint Nextel Corp (S.N) or on any big “transformative” acquisitions. [nN14438035]

** British-based educational publisher Pearson Plc (PSON.L) said it had agreed to sell its Data Management business to M&F Worldwide Corp. for $225 million in cash. [nWLB7220]

** Norwegian derivatives exchange Imarex IMAREX.OL said it will buy all the shares of British energy trader Spectron Group for 70.35 million pounds ($137.7 million) in cash and shares. [nL14748332]

** Russia’s second-biggest bank VTB (VTBRq.L) (VTBR.MM) is buying a 10.07 percent stake in diversified Finnish group Ruukki RUG1V.HE for 76.9 million euros ($112 million), a VTB senior official said. [nL14592081]

** Affiliated Computer Services Inc ACS.N said it agreed to acquire Germany-based provider of data center and infrastructure services from Waterland Private Equity Investments for about $67 million, including the assumption of liabilities. [nWNAS0962]

** Malaysian palm oil producer Tradewinds Plantation TWSP.KL said the offer price to buy out the firm has been raised to 3.79 ringgit per share from 2.73 ringgit previously. [nKLA007095]

** Hakuhodo DY Holdings Inc (2433.T), Japan’s second-largest advertising agency, said it would pay 5.4 billion yen ($50 million) for a 1 percent stake in unlisted Recruit Co, a major magazine and staffing firm. [nT303146]

** Israeli conglomerate Delek Group DELKG.TA said its subsidiary Delek Benelux had acquired its partners’ shares in two ventures, DGV BV and Schreurs BV, for 36.7 million euros. [nL14809847]

** Renaissance Jewellery Ltd (RENA.BO) has bought New York-based jewellery wholesaler JBR Inc in a $40-million deal, scaling up its business with jewellery retail chains in the U.S., a top official said. [nBOM213830]

** Royal Bank of Canada’s (RY.TO) U.S. unit RBC Dain Rauscher Inc plans to buy U.S. investment dealer Ferris, Baker Watts for an undisclosed sum, a move that will expand the Canadian bank’s U.S. wealth management business. [nN14234631]

** Georgia’s second-largest bank by assets, TBC Bank, said it had acquired a 75 percent stake in credit firm SOA Credit, which is owned by U.S. ShoreBank International. [nANT455798]

** Restaurant chain Steak n Shake Co’s SNS.N board said investor Sardar Biglari is trying to wrest control of the company without paying any premium for its shares, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday. [nWNAS1120]

** Grand Toys International Ltd (GRIN.O) said it signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Wham-O Inc, maker of outdoor toys including Frisbee and Hula Hoop, from Cornerstone Strategic Management Limited. [nWNAS0960]

** India’s Tata Industries and Boeing Co (BA.N) will set up a joint venture by June to build aerospace components, the Indian company said. It said the venture would involve $500 million worth of defence-related aerospace component work in India for export to Boeing and its customers.
