The large U.S. Midwest lender named former Citizens Financial Group Inc Chief Executive Stephen Steinour as its own chairman and chief executive. [ID:nN14316580]
DEUTSCHE BANK (DBKGn.DE)
Deutsche Bank has hired Ajay Bagga, the former chief executive of Lotus India Asset Management, as head of its Indian private banking arm, two sources with direct knowledge of the matter said.

The financial services holding company promoted James Brooks to chief financial officer, senior vice president and treasurer, effective Jan. 14. Brooks was earlier chief audit officer.
The bank holding company hired George King, Jr. to its Wealth Management Group as program manager for the Investment Services division. King, previously with Smith Barney, will be based in Columbia.
The bank holding company named John Novak as interim president and chief executive. Novak is currently executive vice president and chief operating officer of the company.
Millennium Bankshares also appointed Grayson Hanes as chairman. Hanes is an attorney with Reed Smith in Falls Church, Virginia.
