  - LAWMAKERS CONSIDER BOYCOTTING BUDGET HEARINGS
 The chair of the parliamentary budget committee Hari Azhar
Azis said some committee members would refuse to meet Finance
Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati, saying they had "lost faith" in
her after she was questioned by a parliamentary committee over
her role in the rescue of Bank Century. He also questioned the
need to raise electricity tariffs, as Indrawati had proposed.

 - ACEH WAS TO BE BASE FOR SOUTHEAST ASIAN JIHADIST NETWORK
 Aceh governor Irwandi Yusuf said a group of Islamist
militants uncovered by police in an Aceh forest were planning
to set up a Southeast Asian jihadist network. (Jakarta Post).
 - NATURAL GAS TO FALL SHORT BY 23.3 PCT THIS YEAR
 Evita Legowo, an official at the energy ministry, said high
demand for natural gas will create a deficit of 23.3 percent in
relation to supply in 2010. (Jakarta Post).
 - PAMULANG GROUP SUPPLIED WEAPONS TO ACEH
 National police spokesman Edward Aritonang said a group of
suspected terrorists from Pamulang, Banten, which was uncovered
by police on Tuesday, had been supplying weapons and supporting
funds for its network operations in Aceh. (Koran Tempo)
 - BUKIT ASAM EYES FREEPORT STAKE
 State coal producer PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk
(PTBA.JK: Cotización) is considering buying a 9.36 percent stake in PT
Freeport Indonesia, the Indonesian unit of U.S. mining giant
Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold (FCX.N: Cotización), said President Director
of Bukit Asam Sukrisno. (Kontan)
 - ASTRA AGRO REVITALIZE PALM TREES
 PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk  (AALI.JK: Cotización), Indonesia's largest
listed plantation firm, will revitalise its palm oil plantation
in Riau province, said Investor Relations Tjahyo Dwi Aryanto.
Analyst Herman Koeswanto predicts that the plan will slow down
Astra Agro's crude palm oil product growth because mature
plants will be replaced with young plants. (Kontan)
 - SEMEN GRESIK TO PAY 50 PCT DIVIDEND
 Indonesia's largest cement producer, PT Semen Gresik Tbk
(SMGR.JK: Cotización) will pay dividends worth 50 percent of its profit, or
around 1.65 trillion rupiah ($179.5 million) from its net
profit of 3.3 trillion rupiah in 2009, said company secretary
Sunardi Prionomurti. (Kontan)
 - BNI TO GO AHEAD WITH RIGHTS ISSUE
 President Director of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI.JK: Cotización)
Gatot M. Suwondo said the state-owned lender will conduct a
rights issue to expand the bank. The Indonesian parliament,
coordinating economics minister and finance minister have all
consented to the plan, he said. (Kontan)
 - PT TIMAH SEEKS TO REDUCE DIVIDEND PAYOUT
 Tin producer PT Timah (TINS.JK: Cotización) has asked the Ministry of
State Enterprises to decrease the percentage of dividend payout
in 2009 to 30 percent from 50 percent, said President Director

 - BNI LIFE TO FINALISE ACQUISITION
 PT BNI Life Insurance is aiming to finalise its acquisition
of insurance companies by the third quarter of this year, said

 - ANGKASA PURA PROFITS HIT 518.2 BLN RPH
 State airport operator PT Angkasa Pura I recorded profit of
518.2 billion rupiah ($56.39 million) and revenue of 1.86
trillion rupiah, said spokesman Ahmad Munir. (Bisnis Indonesia)
 - STATE RAIL FIRM EYES CONTRACT WITH WILMAR GROUP
 State rail firm PT Kereta Api is aiming to sign a long-term
contract with Wilmar Group to transport its crude palm oil
products in Sumatra and Java, said PT KA's commercial director

 - INDONESIA'S TELKOM NEEDS UP TO 7 TRLN RPH LOANS
 PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) (TLKM.JK: Cotización) needs up to
7 trillion rupiah ($761.7 million) in loans for supporting its
capital expanditure and debt payment, said president director
Rinaldi Firmansyah, adding about 4 trillion rupiah will be
accepted from four banks and 2 trillion rupiah from bonds.

 - BHAKTI INVESTAMA PLANS TO SELL 10 PCT SHARES
 Investment banking firm PT Bhakti Investama (BHIT.JK: Cotización) plans
to sell 10 percent of its shares to support its acquisition

 - INDONESIA'S TAX REVENUE UP 11.1 PCT UNTIL FEB 2010
 Government received 75 trillion rupiah ($8.16 billion)
income from tax within two months, January and February 2010,
up 11.1 percent from the same periode in 2009, said Mochmad
