April 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 0900 GMT on Wednesday.

** Spanish construction company Sacyr Vallehermoso SVO.MC said it arranged to sell its 33.32 percent stake in France's Eiffage (FOUG.PA: Cotización) to French institutional investors at 63 euros per share. [nL09452578]
** A United Arab Emirates government-linked firm RAK Minerals and Metals Investments (RMMI) said it is buying an Armenian mining firm for $200 million. [nSIN233881]
** South African fixed-line telecommunications group Telkom (TKGJ.J: Cotización) said it had received no further approaches after it turned down a takeover offer from Oger Telecoms. [nWEB1119]
