Oct 24 (Reuters) - Weyerhaeuser Co (WY.N) said in a regulatory filing that it expected to take a fourth-quarter charge of $47 million to $63 million related to plant closures.
Last week, the timber company had said it will close three building-product plants before the year end and cut 420 jobs.
In the filing, the company also said it estimated cash expenditures related to the closure to be $17 million to $23 million. (Reporting by Sayantani Ghosh in Bangalore)
