March 5 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2100 GMT on Wednesday. (For Reuters columns on deals, click on [DEALTALK/])

** JBS (JBSS3.SA: Cotización), the world's biggest beef producer, said it had struck deals to buy two U.S. companies, Smithfield Beef Group and National Beef Packing Co, as well as Australia's Tasman Group, for a total of nearly $1.3 billion.

** The Investment Corp of Dubai (ICD) has agreed with leading shareholders of Spanish property firm Colonial (COL.MC: Cotización) on the broad terms of a 3 billion euro ($4.56 billion) takeover, Dow Jones reported. [nMDT004965]

** UK-based buyout firm Bridgepoint said it agreed to sell Tunstall Group to rival Charterhouse Capital Partners for 514 million pounds ($1.02 billion) including debt assumed by the buyer. [nL05330388]

** CITIC Securities (600030.SS: Cotización), China's top brokerage by assets, is in talks to get a bigger stake in Bear Stearns Cos Inc BSC.N to reflect a drop in the share price of the Wall Street bank since the two firms agreed to swap stakes last October, a CITIC executive said. [nPEK249755]

** International Game Technology (IGT.N: Cotización) and Britain's Cyberview Technology Inc CYBV.L said that they are in preliminary discussions that could results in IGT's acquisition of Cyberview. [nN04542575]
