Dec 31 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2100 GMT on Monday.

** Billionaire investor Kirk Kerkorian's Tracinda Corp will pay $684 million to acquire a 35 percent stake in Delta Petroleum Corp DPTR.O, the independent oil and gas company said.

** South Korea's SK Networks (001740.KS: Cotización) said it would invest 203 billion won ($216.9 million) to acquire a 45 percent stake in a Chinese state-run copper company. [nSEO212816]
