** Shares of Asiana Airlines 020560.KQ jumped as much as 10.5 percent as its parent group looked set to be named top bidder for Korea Express (000120.KS: Cotización), South Korea's top logistics company.

** Brazilian mining company MMX Mineracao (MMXM3.SA: Cotización) (XMM.TO: Cotización), controlled by billionaire Eike Batista, said it is in exclusive talks to sell part of the company to mining group Anglo American (AAL.L: Cotización) for $5.5 billion. [nN17195830]
