** A dissident investor group pushing for four new nominees to the New York Times Co's (NYT.N: Cotización) board will report on Monday it has raised its stake in the publisher, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with the matter.

** U.S. video game giant Electronic Arts Inc ERTS.O said it had made an unsolicited $1.9 billion offer for "Grand Theft Auto" publisher Take-Two Interactive Software (TTWO.O: Cotización), escalating its battle with Activision for the title of biggest video game maker. [nN2491939]
