BofA Merrill Lynch named Bill O'Neill as Chief Investment Officer, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Wealth Management. O'Neill, who joined Merrill Lynch in 2007, will be based in London. He had previously worked with Barclays Wealth, the wealth management arm of Barclays (BARC.L: Cotización).
GLOBEOP FINANCIAL SERVICES GO.L The hedge fund services firm named Jan Zlotnick to the newly-created position of chief marketing officer. Zlotnick will be based in New York.
