The London based investment bank and institutional securities firm said it appointed Jens Rosebrock, previously with Dresdner Kleinwort, as head of clean technology & renewables investment banking, Europe.
It also appointed Bede Bruce-Lockhart as managing director and Sean Dixon as vice president for European equity sales. Both join from Bryan Garnier & Co.
BARCLAYS WEALTH (BARC.L)
The global wealth manager appointed John Saunders, who has been a senior member of the London-based leadership team of UBS Wealth Management, as a managing director and head of the company's proposition for UK resident non-domiciled clients.
SEI INVESTMENTS CO (SEIC.O)
The company appointed Jason Collins as head of UK and European equities, with responsibility for research, portfolio construction and others. Collins will be based in SEI's London office.
LMS CAPITAL PLC (LMS.L)
The investment company said it appointed David Verey, previously with Blackstone Group UK, as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Pramerica Real Estate Investors said it hired Paul Dennis-Jones as a director to serve as senior portfolio manager for the company's new dedicated UK strategy.
It also hired Charles Crowe as a director, leading transactions and Andrew Grigson as a vice president to serve as marketing director who will oversee investor relations.
The investment bank said Ruben Aganbegyan was taking on the position of Renaissance Capital president. Aganbegyan was named CEO of Renaissance Capital Russia in 2007 and has in addition served as CEO of Renaissance Investment Management (RIM) since January 2009. He will remain CEO of RIM.
LOCAL SHOPPING REIT (LSR.L)
The UK REIT, focused on investments in local shopping assets, said it appointed Stephen East, previously with Woolworths Group Plc, as a non-executive director with effect from Sept. 10. (Compiled by Koustav Samanta in Bangalore)
