Jan 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2100 GMT on Tuesday.

** Roche Holding AG ROG.VX has overcome Ventana's VMSI.O resistance to its takeover bid by raising the price, acquiring the diagnostics maker for $3.4 billion to boost its cancer testing business.

** Israel's Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd TEVA.O (TEVA.TA: Cotización) said it would acquire privately held biopharmaceutical company CoGenesys Inc for $400 million in cash. [nN22466190]

** India's New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV.BO: Cotización) said it had entered a deal to sell 26 percent in a unit to NBC Universal Inc for $150 million, the latest in a series of consolidation moves in Indian broadcasting. [nBOM138295]
