SOCIETE GENERALE CORPORATE & INVESTMENT BANKING
The French bank named Francis Repka and Benoit Riehl as chief country officer for Germany and Austria, respectively. Repka previously headed the bank's fixed income, currency and commodity division for Asia, excluding Japan, and Riehl headed its media & telecom sector for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The subsidiary of Alliance Trust (ATST.L) appointed Tom Pearson as director and head of UK retail sales, effective October 13th. Pearson is currently director, financial institutions group, at Jupiter.
HARTFORD FINANCIAL SERVICES GROUP INC (HIG.N)
The U.S. insurer appointed Greg McGreevey as executive vice president and chief investment officer of the company, and president of its subsidiary, Hartford Investment Management Company.
The fund manager appointed Stephen White as chief investment officer for Europe. White was previously with Morgan Stanley as a managing director.
ARBUTHNOT BANKING GROUP PLC (ARBB.L)
