Feb 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 1430 GMT on Wednesday.

** Digital camera and medical equipment maker Fujifilm Holdings Corp (4901.T: Cotización) said it will spend up to 155 billion yen ($1.45 billion) to take control of Toyama Chemical Co 4518.T as it seeks a foothold in the pharmaceuticals market.

** French bank Societe Generale (SOGN.PA: Cotización) has closed a deal to buy about 30 percent of Russia's Rosbank (ROSB.MM: Cotización) from the Russian firm KM-Invest for $1.7 billion, the firm said. [nL13568941]
** Japanese communications satellite firm and pay TV broadcaster Sky Perfect JSAT Corp (9412.T: Cotización) said it would acquire rival Space Communications Corp for about $261 million to cope better with tough industry competition. [nT286143]
** Answers Corp ANSW.O, which operates online information site Answers.com, said it terminated its proposed common stock public offering, casting doubt over its ability to fund the acquisition of the parent of reference Web site, Dictionary.com. [nBNG187605]
