** British venture capital firm 3i Group Plc (III.L: Cotización) cut its stake in IT consultancy group Morse Plc MOR.L to less than 3 percent from about 15 percent, a regulatory filing showed. [ID:nBNG436004]

** Marwyn Materials MMAT.L said it has withdrawn its proposed offer for quarry operator Ennstone Plc ENN.L. The company said it was withdrawing the proposal as it was unable to agree to terms with Ennstone, which would be in the best interests of Marwyn Materials shareholders. [ID:nBNG344695]
