Feb 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2100 GMT on Thursday.

**Turkey's Koc Holding (KCHOL.IS: Cotización) agreed to sell its 50.8 percent stake in leading retailer Migros MIGRS.IS to a vehicle controlled by BC Partners for 1.977 billion lira ($1.7 billion), Koc said.

** Champion REIT (2778.HK: Cotización) said it would pay HK$12.5 billion ($1.6 billion) to buy Hong Kong office and retail complex Langham Place from Great Eagle Holdings Ltd (0041.HK: Cotización). [nHKF078906]
